  • Can't login as user, only MASTER??

    We are just getting set up with a 4 user license package. Our database/address book is on our server. All 4 of us are connected to the address book fine. I have set up 4 users names and passwords. The trouble we are having is that we cannot log out as MASTER and the LOGIN under file is always greyed...

    Your modem might be damaged. In Maximizer, try going to F ile, Pre f erences, "Dialing" tab Set M ethod radio button to "None" Click "OK" button This should allow you to use Maximizer dialing without it trying to connect to the modem. I hope this helps! Ray

    MagMan, Is this a problem with the remote workstation (ie: it occurs on that workstation, no matter which login you attempt there), or a problem with the username and password (ie: that UN/PW won't work on any of the workstations)? What sort of error are you receiving (if any)? -Ryan
