  • Address Book Preferences

    Hi, In Company Details area of the Address Book, I would like to make the CATEGORY field a single value only table. Where can I do that? I've looked in the Admin. Tool under Preferences, Address Book and I don't see the option. Can anyone help???? Thank yoU! Nancy

  • UDF's and Contacts

  • Time stamp visibility on contacts

    Hi, I'm in the process of creating new processes for our sales team. One (of the many) challenges I'm having is getting visibility of when a record was last contacted and being able to search and build a list.     I have an excel file of updated criteria on my existing database. I exported our entire database and now have an excel file of about 8800 records that have updated UDF information. I have made inquiries to several "Maxperts" but I can't seem to find anyone that know how to do this? I know I need XML format, I need to map it to the Max

  • UDF's Address Book vs. Opportunities

    Is there anyway to access UDF's across these two tables? I want to sort all our past opportunities by geographic location - city, state - and it appears these fields are not available. I've had this issue wanting to track various criteria on our Opportunities (e.g. SIC cods, revenue) on prospects and customers and I've had to add these UDF's

  • Disappearing tool bars!

    I have users that periodically lose the main tool bar across the top of the window. Can anyone provide info on how to get it back? This would the icon tool bar. Much thanks!! Nancy
