Thanks for the information about restoring and password problems. I fixed the probem by restoring my computer to an earlier time and it fixed it but sit on pns and needles everyday waiting for something else to go wrong with this program. I have never had so many problems as I have had with this new Max10. My office has 5 other employees still using

Hi Butch: Thanks for the well wishes on getting my Max10 to work. Well I got my computer back from Best Buy and the Geek Squad (after 2-1/2 days and 6 Geeks) finally figured out how to get it installed. I am able to access the sample address books but cannot make a new address book to retreive my back up. So now I am sitting here with it installed but

I have been having the same problem installing my Maximizer10 on my new computer Vista x64. It works fine on my laptop Vista x32 but when I tried to install on my new desktop I spent about 20 hours and gave up. I took it to Best Buy for installation. It took them 4 days but they finally got the program installed but I can't create any address books
