    TAPI / VoIP multi line issue

    We have a VoIP system with multiple lines, maximizer can't seem to "hold" each individuals line and needs to be set every time the computer is restarted.  Maximizer support suggested creating a macro to run but we have had issues with this as well.  I can record a macro through Maximizer but within a day or so the macro doesn't work - often the steps in the macro change??  Instead of File - Preferences the macro will skip to File - Users (or other change like this)??  On one machine you can't even create the macro as once you hit record macro the mouse pointer disappears! 

    Has anyone else had this issue and have another solution?
