I'm an insurance broker. I use the Opportunities module to keep track of my current prospects and clients as they progress or die in my sales process. When the current sales process is completed either as a sale or as a non-sale, I want to remove the entry from my opportunites list without deleting the records of this sales sequence from my address book. In other words, I want to store everything that happened or didn't occur in this sales sequence while my client was listed as an opportunity in his/her record in my address book. I want to get him/her out of the Opportunities module without deleting this sequence from his record. How can I do this? Thanks.Smile

I think you can try with different filters in opportunity module, e.g, only show current opportunties, then those won, lost or abandoned wont show up any more
