    Tabbing goes to OK, not next field

    In Enterprise 9's Customer Service module, everytime one of my users hits Tab, it takes him straight to the OK box. None of the other users have this problem. They hit Tab and it takes them to the next field for data entry. How can I change his to go to the next field?

    I guess there is something wrong with his environment.

    Have you try a complete uninstall and reinstall of maximizer?

    Found out that the auto updates were not working correctly. Ran all updates and the problem was resolved.
