Maximizer CRM Central

I am using Maximizer 10 Entrepreneur and Outlook 2007.  I can get Max to sync with Outlook but the contacts end up in the "Email" section not the "Address Book" section in Maximizer.  My contacts are contained in the PST file in Outlook.  The PST file is the default database in Outlook. 

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hello Montie, it looks like you get confused something about Maximizer Email window and Outlook Synchronization.

There is a column called Address Book Entry in Maximizer Email window to display corresponding name of clients already stored in Maximizer Address Book Window.  It simply check and display the name against the email address of sender or receipients.  BTW, Maximizer Email window is able to display same folder structures and emails in Outlook on same machine by default.

But, Maximizer would not retrieve and sync Outlook Contacts, Tasks and Calendars by default.  Maximizer user needs manually do simple configuration and then turn it on. This is another feature what we called Outlook Synchronization which you can get more details here.
