I have a problem with eset nod32 antivirus.

When uploading any file with the application, nod32 blocks it, if i disable the antivirus works fine.

Adding as exclusion the full installation directory path, and the server ip adress is not working.

Anyone knows any solution? Dunno if the module for upload files uses any dll or similar is not in the instalation path or...

I am running Vista Ultimate 32 bit on a new M:\ drive. I have Maximizer 10 Entrepreneur. I am also running SQL Server Express 2005 with Advanced Services.

Up until I changed drives, I had Maximizer run an automatic backup, each day, using the sql script as outlined in the Knowledge Base, to my external drive K:\. They have always executed without a problem. Now that I am using the new drive letter, it won't work properly. The 2 files are as follows:

Since Maximizer has to run in Mixed Authentication mode, the password needs to be used. Maximizer's master password is "Control". Is this the same password I should be using for the sa password? I don't know of any other password used, in Maximizer, other than that one. If not, then do I have to change the current password to a new sa password, or will this script recreate the password to one I put in there?

Im loving Max 10.5 Group R2. I use the customer service module many times daily and looking for a way to be more efficient. Often I have important dialogue with a client over an issue and I find myself having to sort through my email account in order to grab the right information. Is it possible to have (for example) a case number in the subject of an email for which Maximizer can then automatically save or associate it with the CS case of the client? If so, how?

If this isn't an option, I think this would be a massive time saver for anyone using customer service. Thanks for your insight.

In my desparation to try to open my Address book, I've uninstalled and reinstalled both Maximizer and Sql Server completely, including the registry keys as instructed in the various instructions by Maximizer and Microsoft. I've even tried to do a manual install of Sql Server. I am still locked out.

I truly don't know what else to do, and in the meantime, I'm out of business. I am quickly reaching a desparation point. Thanks

Can't Delete a Fax Template

Every time I try to open a "write a fax", I get a fax template from years ago. I can't delete it, although the contact name, etc. has been deleted for years.

Apologies in advance if this has already been covered. I've read the thread entitled "Migration to a different hard drive", but still have trouble.

I am migrating Max Entrepeneur 10 from XP to Vista. I performed a backup on my XP machine and transferred over to the Vista machine.

If I am starting from clean install on the Vista machine, do I have to create the database first before restoring?

How do I navigate to the backup location?
