I am new with Maximizer. I am trying to install Maxizer CRM 11 on my laptop for testing purpose. First, I have installed SQL Server 2008, then I tried to install Maximizer CRM 11. I followed the steps until "Selecting the MS SQL Server Name", and I cannot see the SQL Server instance which I have installed in my laptop.

Does any body know this problem?

We have got the above the version and are licenced for: 2 x Web Clients and 2 x Windows Clients.

The administrator module simply will not allow me to apply these complaining that all of the licences are in use and the selected user will be disabled

EMAILUSER is set to Enabled and Enabled

MASTER is set to Enabled and Enabled

WEBUSER is set to Enabled and Enabled

As I understand it none of these count against your user licences and to re-affirm no other user has anything set as the licencing mechanism will not allow you to assign them !

How on earth do I resolve this one - I am getting increasing frustrated with this.

I then created extra space on the hard drive and had to quit Maximizer but when restarting I now get error messages when opening my address book.

1st error = An EXTENSION error occured on the 'Documents and Templates' file. Parvasive cannot find the extension file for a partitioned file.

2nd = An OPEN error occured on the 'Documents and Templates' file.

Maximizer opens and I can only view emails and my work day

Any ideas.
