    error - an action cannot be completed because a component

    we have 70 users accessing Maximizer throught Terminal servers.  one site only gets this error continually - any ideas, when using our add client in address book?

    an action cannot be completed becuase a component (Maximizer Enterprise[SSQ_Maximizer} - [Address Book 214 Displayed {202 Individ} is not responding.  Choose "Switch To" to activate the component and correct the problem.

    You can choose switch to or retry but neither work and you ahve to crash max.
