    Outlook Integration Problem

I just upgraded to Windows 7 Home Premium and upgraded to Office 2007.  I successfully installed Maximizer Entrepreneur 10.  No problems.

I have followed all the steps in the manual to integrate Maximizer and Outlook.  However, in Outlook 2007, when I click on the icon "Send to Contact in Maximizer" I receive the message that "Maximizer Login failed.  Check to ensure that Outlook Integration login is configured properly."  I followed the instructions File/Preferences/Other Options, clicked on the address book, clicked on login and filled in the fields (it comes up blank) with MASTER and control, since I never changed the default passwords.  It is also set to "Individual" as all the contacts in this address book are set up as individuals.  I tried changing it to contacts but didn't make any difference. Received the same message. Appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.   At this point, I certainly miss the drag and drop feature from Outlook Express.  Thanks.

    Re: Outlook Integration Problem

Hello Doug,  Does you Windows user account belongs to Local Administrator group? If not, run Maximizer again as Administrator to see any luck.  Entrepreneur or Group edition disable login authentication by default.  Is any difference if you turn it on?

BTW, can you save the emails into Maximizer with your Outlook Intergation toolbar?  Is any difference if testing with a new addr book and pointing it as the designated addr book to work with Outlook intergation toolbar in Maximizer?  Finally, I am not sure if applying he latest SP 2 of MS0 2007 is helpful, as I don't encounter your problem on my machine.  My combination: V10.5 R2 w/ SR1 + MSO 2007 w/ SP2 + XP w/ SP3.  Jewel

    Re: Outlook Integration Problem

Thanks for your help.  Since my post, I got tired of going out and having to purchase updated hardware and software and spending hours with Microsoft Technical help so I downgraded to Windows 7 - 32 bit version.  Reinstalled the programs and everything worked fine from the outset. Don't notice any appreciable speed difference between 32 and 64 bits either.
