    Hotlist items to Calendar

    Hi,

Is there a way to automatically have the hotlist items appear in the calendar? without manually setting up a meeting/appointment?

For example I have specific hotlist items coming up for the next month, and would like these to automatically appear in my calendar as well.. Or can I create some sort of macro to transfer hotlist items to the calendar?

    Thanks

No, but you can use the Hotlist to display your appointments by selecting the "include appointments" checkbox when building your Hotlist. May not look as sexy as the calendar, but it will consolidate all of your appointments and tasks in one window.

There is a frame called "Hotlist Tasks" on right and mid edge in Calendar window, displaying hotlist items on list-based.

    Re: Hotlist items to Calendar

I had the same issue; finally just decided to set up appointments instead of tasks for items that were date related and manage them out of hotlist.

I have a separate issue that I was hoping someone might help with.  I have an iphone.  I have no trouble with iphone to Outlook synchronization and no trouble with Maximizer to Outlook synchronization, but there is a disconnect going all the way through.

Specifically, if I put an appointment in my iphone, it will show up in Outlook at next synch, but won't show up in Max.  If I put the appointment in Outlook directly, it synchs all the way through to Max without issue.  But even though my Outlook calendar shows the appointment that was created in the iphone, Max never sees that one.

There may not be a solution, but it means that I have to put every appointment in Max to begin with and that means the iphone is not as useful as it should be.

    Any thoughts from anyone?
