The picture added in the Company Announcement was referenced in the hTML.

In the HTML, it looked something like:

<img src = "www.maximizer.com/jnapoli.jpg">

You will need to make sure that this picture is accessible (ie a valid URL) before it will display in the Company Annoucnement.

I found this in your online support; trying to determine to how to post some graphs to company announcements. When I use the process you demonstrate in the video the graph does not show up; just the red x a in the upper left corner of the announcement page shows.

We are using 11.0.

Thanks!

I admit the new version is nice, HOWEVER, I'm stumbling through some issues especially with Outlook. I'm using Office 2010 and when I send emails through Maximizer it logs the email in my contacts documents list just like CRM 10 did but when I look in the sent items column in outlook to ensure it's been sent it doesn't log it under the date. Instead it puts it into "None" and on top of that it sorts it in reverse order. I only use the sent items to ensure my email from Max has been sent as it's logged in the clients name within Max so tracking isn't a biggie but when I had sent an email the other day and could'nt see that it was sent I ended up sending a second one and was a bit embarrassed to see that I had sent two not knowing to look in this "none" column. Have you seen this? Sorry for the long winded explaination.

Thanks.

There currently isn't a current date parameter available, however, there is date arithmetic functions that allow you to calculate the difference is between two dates. See the manual for examples of these.

Nice tips. Thanks.

Do you have an idea to use a 'current date' parameter to use to compare date.

Ex: manage support contract duration.

However, you can create a column setup that puts the completed on the far left side, followed by the date and time of the hotlist. Maximizer sorts from left to right. If a column is selected for sorting, then it will use that column first, then the next column to the right, and so on and so forth. So if the completed column is on the very left, followed by the date, then the time, once you complete a hotlist task, it will either bubble to the bottom or the top, depending on the date and time.
